UNDER-fire Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer was caught on camera flouting Covid rules at a council tip — by failing to wear a mask as required.
He has been stirring the pot for months by calling for the PM to quit over Tory Partygate revelations.
But video footage captures a mask-free Sir Keir visiting a recycling centre on January 9, 2021 — just days after a third national lockdown was announced.
At the time, the tip — a short drive from his £1.75million home in Camden, North London — requested that visitors “respect social distancing and wear a face mask while on site”.
Dressed in black jeans and a hoodie, the 59-year-old unloaded bags of rubbish from the boot of his Toyota RAV4, making several trips to a nearby skip.
One witness said: “I was wearing a mask as it was the rules and it suddenly dawned on me, ‘Hold on, he’s not wearing a mask’.
“I recognised him because he didn’t have a face mask on.
“The majority of people visiting the tip that day obeyed the rules, and all the staff were wearing masks too.
“You had to social distance and wear a face mask, but Sir Keir didn’t.
“The rules were clear.”

A spokesman for Sir Keir said last night: “Keir was outside, and in full compliance with the law at the time.”
Sources pointed out that at no stage was mask-wearing legally required in these circumstances.
