Boris, 58, and wife Carrie, 34, were spotted disembarking the boat on to the picturesque Greek island of Evia — while leadership contenders Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak were still drumming up support back in Britain.
It comes hot on the heels of a honeymoon trip the couple made to Slovenia earlier this month.
Boris, who has faced criticism for the timing of the trips as millions struggle at home to deal with the cost of living crisis, even took his top off to sunbathe.
A local said of the couple: “They looked so relaxed. They were laughing and joking.
“He read his book and she spent the time sunbathing. They got on the boat at 3.30pm and returned at 8.30pm, so they had a great time.
“He needed help stepping off the boat when it docked late evening, so six Greek men came to his rescue.”
Boris and Carrie said farewell to their holiday with a restaurant dinner with pals.
He tucked into pasta and lamb chops washed down with rose at a taverna on the southern side of the island in Karystos, where the family have been staying since last week.
The group included adviser Henry Newman — whose name was brought up earlier this year amid concerns over the power wielded by Carrie and No10 aides.
Boris spent the week-long break with their children, two-year-old Wilfred and baby Romy at a villa.
He was seen leaving a generous 50 euro tip on Thursday after enjoying a fish dinner with “lots of ouzo” at a beachside cafe.
And he posed with two Ukrainian staff for a selfie — assuring them the UK would back them all the way in the fight against Russian invaders before giving a thumbs up to the camera.
The family were due to return to the UK yesterday with the PM back at work on Monday.
