SUELLA Braverman is preparing to announce a crackdown on Albanian immigrants within days.
It comes as shock stats show a staggering 12,000 Albanians have still not had their asylum claims processed after being in Britain for six months.

Rishi Sunak has told Tory MPs in private that fixing Britain’s broken borders is his “number one priority”.
He has been holed up in No10 working with the Home Secretary on a top secret plan to get tough on Channel boat migrants.
One senior government insider told Trending In The News on Sunday: “We want to say something soon – before Christmas.”
A full package of measures to crack down on Channel boats, slash the ballooning hotel bill for asylum seekers and send back bogus claimants is expected in the New Year.
Over 40,000 people have arrived in the UK via small boats so far this year. Taxpayers are paying £6.8million every day on hotel bills for asylum seekers.
More than a quarter of them are Albanians.
Many claim to be modern day slaves so they can stay and live in Britain.
But ministers think the law – introduced by Theresa May – is way too soft.
They want to beef up powers to detain and deport Channel boat migrants.
Last week, Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick said Albanian migrants should be barred from claiming asylum.
He said: “Albania is a demonstrably safe country. It is very hard to see how an Albanian should be able to successfully claim asylum here in the UK.”
Ministers have taken a vow of secrecy to keep their full plan under wraps.
But ideas batted around government before include banning Channel boat migrants from using the Modern Slavery Act to claim asylum in the UK.
Meanwhile, official figures uncovered by Labour show 12,102 Albanians have still not had their claim processed after six months amid spiralling backlogs.
Shadow Home Secretary Yvette Cooper said the asylum system is in “total chaos”.
She added: “The collapse in Home Office decisions means thousands of people are being put into hotels for months and years on end at huge cost to the taxpayer.”
She has promised to fast track decisions from safe countries like Albania to “end shameful delays”.
