CHANNEL migrants will find out this week if they’re to be flown out to Rwanda, the Home Secretary said.
The Home Office will send letters to failed asylum seekers telling them they have been selected.
Priti Patel expects the documents to spark formal challenges.
The migrants will be sent to the African nation as part of a £120million partnership struck by the Government — if it crushes court appeals.
Ms Patel vowed yesterday to use “every tool and every piece of legislation at our disposal” to remove migrants who arrive in the UK illegally.
She said: “This is just the first stage of the process and we know it will take time as some will seek to frustrate the process and delay removals.

“I will not be deterred from acting to deliver on the changes the British people voted for to take back control of our money, laws and borders.”
The relocated individuals are expected to be single men who crossed the Channel in small boats.
But it could be months before they are put on a plane to Africa because of the potential legal challenges.
