The Xbox Developer Direct recently showcased five upcoming games set to release this year, featuring a mix of titles from Xbox Studios and third-party developers.

Ninja Gaiden 4

Ninja Gaiden 4, a collaboration between Team Ninja and Platinum Games, promises a return to the fast-paced gameplay and stylish attacks the series is known for. Launching late this year for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC.

Ninja Gaiden 2 Black

A remake of Ninja Gaiden 2, Ninja Gaiden 2 Black retains the original game's mix of 2D and 3D gameplay with a modern look. Surprisingly, the game was released immediately after the showcase for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

South of Midnight
