Foamstars, Rollerdome, and Steelrising are the latest additions to the PlayStation Plus lineup
In an exciting announcement, PlayStation has revealed three highly anticipated games that will be available for free to PlayStation Plus subscribers this month. This includes subscribers at every level, including PS Plus Essential.
Foamstars: A Day-One Exclusive
One of the standout titles is Foamstars, a 4v4 arena battler from Square Enix that has drawn comparisons to the popular game Splatoon. What makes Foamstars unique is its innovative gameplay feature that allows players to stack foam vertically, changing the dynamics of the arena. This game will be added to the PlayStation Plus service on its release date, February 6, making it a day-one exclusive for subscribers.
Rollerdome: A Blend of Action and Adventure
Rollerdome, the second game in the lineup, has received rave reviews, earning an impressive 81 rating on the review aggregate site Metacritic. This game combines the adrenaline-pumping action of roller skating with the intensity of a third-person shooter, resulting in a one-of-a-kind gaming experience that is sure to captivate players.
Steelrising: A Soulslike Game with a Twist
The final game in the group is Steelrising, a recent soulslike game that was first released in 2022. Set in an alternate-history Paris during the French Revolution, this game takes players on a thrilling journey where they must navigate a world overrun by a robot uprising. As Aegis, a mysterious automaton, players must uncover the secrets of this dystopian world and fight to restore order.
Both Foamstars and Rollerdome are available for both PS4 and PS5 users, while Steelrising is exclusive to PS5. All three games will be available from February 6 until March 4, giving players ample time to download and enjoy these exciting titles.
