Exciting Update for Harry Potter Game: Free Features Added

Long-awaited Features Finally Arrive

After more than a year since its release, the popular video game set in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is receiving a major free update. Developer Avalanche Software has announced the addition of several long-requested features that will delight players.

What to Expect in the Update

The free summer 2024 update for Hogwarts Legacy is set to launch on June 6, 2024. One of the standout additions is a fully-featured Photo Mode, allowing players to capture and customize their favorite moments in the game's stunning open world.

New Photo Mode Details

Previously, players could only take basic screenshots in the game. The new Photo Mode will offer a range of features such as adjusting contrast, exposure, depth of field, filters, character poses, and more. This addition has been eagerly awaited by fans since the game's release in February 2023.

Character Customization Options

Players will now have the option to reset talent points and reallocate them as needed. This feature comes at a cost of 200 in-game gold per talent point, underscoring the importance of selecting the right skills to complement your gameplay style.

Exclusive Quest and Rewards

One of the most anticipated additions is The Haunted Hogsmeade Shop quest, previously exclusive to PlayStation players. This quest will now be accessible to Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC players, offering a unique experience and rewards, including a shop at Hogsmeade and a special outfit for your character.

Unlockable Items for All

The update will also include the onyx Hippogriff mount as a pre-order exclusive item for all players. Additionally, logging in after the update will grant players iconic Harry Potter spectacles and other cosmetic items.
