DONALD Trump Jr has tested positive for coronavirus and is quarantining in a secret location just months after his dad and girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle were infected.
The news was confirmed by Don Jr’s spokesperson on Friday evening.

“Don tested positive at the start of the week and has been quarantining out at his cabin since the result,” Don Jr’s spokesperson has revealed, according to CNN.
“He’s been completely asymptomatic so far and is following all medically recommended COVID-19 guidelines.”
Don Jr, 42, now joins the long list of people close to President Trump who have tested positive for Covid.
Following President Trump’s diagnosis was Hope Hicks, Melania Trump, Barron Trump, Kayleigh McEnany, Ronna McDaniel, Kellyanne Conway, Chris Christie, Bill Stepien, Stephen Miller, Mark Meadows, David Bossie, Corey Lewandowski – and now Donald Trump Jr.
Don Jr’s coronavirus diagnosis comes as:
- The United States has had more than 250,000 Covid deaths
- Across the globe, there has been 11,893,096 positive coronavirus cases since the start of the pandemic
- Rudy Giuliani’s son, Andrew, announced on Friday morning that he had contracted coronavirus.
- NYC closes its schools again during virus surge
- CDC says don’t ‘sing’ and avoid alcohol over Thanksgiving
However, Don Jr – the eldest son of President Trump – escaped catching Covid when his partner Kimberly Guilfoyle tested positive for coronavirus back in July.
Meanwhile, CBS News has confirmed that at least four White House aides have tested positive for COVID-19.

The four aides are in addition to Andrew Giuliani’s Covid diagnosis – which was announced earlier in the day.
Andrew Giuliani – a special assistant to the president and the son of Trump’s personal lawyer – announced on Friday morning that he had contracted coronavirus.
His announcement came one day after he was seen in a room packed with reporters listening to his father speak at a press conference.
“This morning, I tested positive for COVID-19,” Andrew Giuliani, 34, tweeted.
“I am experiencing mild symptoms, and am following all appropriate protocols, including being in quarantine and conducting contact tracing.”
Florida Senator Rick Scott also “very mild symptoms” after testing positive for coronavirus and pleaded with Americans to “wear a mask.”
The Republican senator took to Twitter to reveal his diagnosis on Friday after testing negative for the bug several times.
“After several negative tests, I learned I was positive for COVID-19 this AM,” he wrote. “I’m feeling good & experiencing very mild symptoms. I’ll be working from home until it’s safe for me to return to DC.
“I remind everyone to be careful & do the right things to protect yourselves & others. Wear a mask. Socially distance. Quarantine if you come in contact with someone positive like I did.”
The president and First Lady Melania Trump tested positive for the coronavirus on October 1.
Within days, a number of people connected to the White House tested positive for coronavirus after a “coronavirus super spreader” ceremony for Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett was held in the Rose Garden.

Trump was rushed via helicopter to a medical center near Washington DC after he was struck down with the illness – putting the US election in jeopardy with just weeks to go.
On October 5, the president confirmed that he would be discharged after top aides and his medical team said he was responding well to the Covid-19 treatment and improving.
And White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany announced that she came down with the virus on October 5.
Don Jr’s Covid diagnosis comes two days after the US coronavirus death toll hit passed 250,000.
The grim milestone confirmed by Johns Hopkins University’s coronavirus resource center has surpassed the 240,000-death prediction made by Dr Anthony Fauci back in March.
As of 7pm on Friday, the coronavirus death toll hit 254,271 in the United States as more than 11,893,096 have been diagnosed with the virus across the globe.
And the US has the highest death toll in the world, as Brazil follows with 168,061 deaths, India with 133,162 and Mexico on 100,104 deaths.
On Thursday, Trump’s Coronavirus Task Force headed by Vice President Mike Pence urged Americans to mask-up as the virus continues to ravage the midwest and a spike in cases and hospitalizations are seen across the country.
On a positive note, Dr Anthony Fauci revealed that Pfizer and Moderna’s vaccines were both 95 percent “efficacious” – i.e. successful at producing a positive result – telling reporters “that is extraordinary.”
But Fauci said people need to wear masks, socially distance, “avoid congregate settings” and doing things as much as possible outdoors before the vaccines are rolled out pending FDA approval.
