Labour supporter and model
Victoria Thomas-Bowen, the woman who splashed a banana milkshake over Nigel Farage during his election campaign, has been revealed as a Labour-supporting OnlyFans model.
Protest and aftermath
Thomas-Bowen, 25, targeted Farage as he launched his campaign in Clacton-on-Sea, sharing a picture on Facebook with the caption "Vote Labour for the many not the few". The incident did not dampen Farage's spirit, as he joked about his milkshake bringing people to the rally.
Farage's response
Farage described the incident as "quite scary" and highlighted the risks of street campaigning. He vowed to continue fighting for his beliefs despite the incident.
Police response
Essex Police made two arrests following the incident, with a 25-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of assault. Farage had previously been targeted in a similar incident in 2019.
Political reactions
Political opponents and colleagues condemned the attack, with James Cleverly calling it "unacceptable" and emphasizing the importance of civil debate and voting.
