The MP for Bridgend was yesterday found guilty of failing to stop, failing to report an accident and leaving a vehicle in a dangerous position.
Wallis hit a lamppost and telegraph pole in his Mercedes in Llanblethian, South Wales, last November.
He said he crashed after swerving to avoid a cat and fled out of fear he would be “raped, killed or kidnapped” due to PTSD after being previously raped.
Resident Adrian Watson went to help and saw in the car “a white male wearing a white long-sleeve top which was tight to the body, a black leather PVC mini-skirt, tights, dark shoes with a high heel and a pearl necklace”.
Wallis walked off, and was picked up by his father.
Cops who arrested Wallis at home said he was naked and “appeared to be wearing make-up”.
Wallis, who told the court he is transgender, was banned from driving for six months and fined £2,500 by Cardiff JPs.
