LABOUR’S deputy leader Angela Rayner was also at the event where boss Sir Keir Starmer had a beer during Covid restrictions.
The Labour Party’s admission comes after officials spent three months denying she was at the event last year, when indoor socialising was banned.
Both Ms Rayner and Sir Keir have been outspoken critics of PM Boris Johnson and Chancellor Rishi Sunak and their partygate fines, calling for them to quit.
The party had repeatedly denied that Ms Rayner had been at last year’s online rally.
But after being confronted with video evidence that she had joined Sir Keir, a Labour spokesman was forced to admit she had been there.
A source claimed previous denials had been an “honest mistake”.

Labour leader Sir Keir was pictured sipping a bottle of beer in Mary Foy’s City of Durham constituency office in April 2021.
Yesterday it was revealed that Ms Foy let rip at a Tory rival for demanding the police should investigate the lockdown drinking.
She is said to have grabbed Tory Richard Holden by the arm and berated him for trying to get the police involved.
Witnesses say she had to be led away by her staff after the incident in a Commons bar on Tuesday night and had to email a grovelling apology yesterday.
Mr Holden, MP for North West Durham, wants police to look into whether or not Sir Keir had broken the rules.
Durham Constabulary had previously said it did not consider it a breach.
But the force is now looking at Mr Holden’s request for an investigation to be reopened.
It also emerged last night that despite Sir Keir’s criticisms over the PM’s “birthday cake” event that led to his fine, he was himself presented with two chocolate and lemon birthday cakes and a card in his office in September 2020 for his own birthday.
At the time, although lockdown had eased, indoor social gatherings were still subject to social distancing guidance.

Meanwhile, further claims emerged that four MPs had corroborated claims Ms Rayner had herself boasted to colleagues of flashing her legs like Sharon Stone in Commons debates to distract the PM.
It comes despite Labour’s No 2 having claimed to be outraged by the sexist claims, which she blamed on Tory MPs.
