Biden and Rishi Sunak will meet for the first time at the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia, this week.

One diplomatic source told The Telegraph: “The US is increasing the pressure on the EU now to get the deal done by April.

“In fact, they are encouraging both the UK and EU.”
