EX-COMMONS Speaker John Bercow’s firm claimed furlough despite having £406,000 in cash.
The company Fedhead, which also lists wife Sally as a director, amassed up to £40,000 in job retention pay-outs.
The taxpayers’ subsidy is revealed on an official list showing payments made in December 2020 and January, February and March this year.
The name Fedhead is a reference to supporters of tennis ace Roger Federer — former Tory MP Bercow’s favourite player.
