DOMINIC Raab has vowed to quit if he’s found guilty of bullying his staff.
But the Deputy PM today refused to throw in the towel ahead of the outcome of an investigation into his behaviour, saying he was “innocent until proven guilty”.

He is facing an ongoing investigation into how he treated staff, which is being carried out by a top lawyer.
Staff from multiple departments have made complaints about his behaviour at the Department of Brexit, Foreign Office, and Ministry of Justice.
Today Mr Raab refused to get into the allegations while the probe is ongoing.
He would only say he would resign if he’s found guilty of bullying – which he has denied.
He told Sky’s Sophy Ridge on Sunday: “If you believe in innocent till proven guilty, you wouldn’t want to penalise people until you’ve got the outcome.
“That would politicise the process of lodging complaints, because you can effectively for months on end, remove Cabinet members or other leading political figures.
“Of course, if an allegation of bullying is upheld, I would resign.”
Mr Raab claimed he was only aware of complaints against him in November last year, despite some complaints being lodged as early as March 2022.
Earlier this year it was revealed that top civil servant, Simon Case was aware of the allegations before Rishi Sunak reappointed him to the top job.
He was personally informed of a complaint being looked into by the Ministry of Justice.
No10 refused to deny that Mr Sunak had been informally warned about his conduct before he put him in the Cabinet.
Downing St would only say he was “not aware of any formal complaints” at the time.
Sources close to Mr Raab say he wants to fight to clear his name.
