BORIS Johnson last night claimed he had not yet got a fine for the Bring Your Own Booze Party in No10 – but would tell the public if he did.
The PM insisted “of course” he would let everyone know if there were new fixed penalty notices dished out to him or his top team.
But he refused to say if he was expecting to get more in the days and weeks to come.
The PM told Tom Newton Dunn in an exclusive interview for Talk TV: “I have said I will let people know.
“If I had, you would be the very first to know.
“You’re going to hear about new FPNs, of course you are.

“But what I have said is that I won’t give a running commentary.”
Mr Johnson insisted he would “return to the subject when the investigation is complete”.
The Met Police are still probing several alleged breaches of tough Covid rules, and Whitehall enforcer Sue Gray is waiting until the end before releasing her damning report into the bashes.

The PM has already received one fine for a lockdown-flouting event in the Cabinet office for his birthday in June 2020.
Staff sang happy birthday before tucking into snacks at the gathering – for which Rishi Sunak and Carrie Johnson were also fined.
