Xbox Game Pass Adds Three Day-One Releases in July

What's New?

Xbox Game Pass is known for adding new free games every month, but this July brings a special treat. Three day-one releases are making their way to the service in the second half of the month, offering exciting new options for gamers.

Changes to Game Pass

Earlier this month, Xbox announced a change to Game Pass. Xbox Game Pass for Console is no longer available, meaning those interested in playing the new releases on console will now need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. However, day-one releases are still accessible on Xbox Game Pass for PC.

New Releases

Players can look forward to picking up Flintlock: Siege of Dawn, a soulslike game combining gun-based and melee combat, along with Dungeons of Hinterberg, a dungeon-crawling experience with social elements similar to the Persona series. Additionally, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, a tower defense strategy game set in feudal Japan, will be available on day one.

Games Available in July

Here's a quick rundown of the games you can grab this month:

Out Now: Journey to the Savage Planet, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, Cricket 24, The Case of the Golden Idol, Neon White, Tchia, Magical Delicacy, Flock
