STREAMING star Amouranth has stunned fans after alleging that she has been abused by a previously-unknown husband.
The influencer accused her spouse of controlling her social media and bank accounts and forcing her to stream online against her will.
Twitch streamer Amouranth revealed the shocking allegations in a video to her millions of followers
What did Amouranth say about her husband?
Amouranth first gained popularity as a Twitch streamer, where she amassed nearly 6 million followers for ASMR, gaming and hot tub streaming.
She later joined OnlyFans, and was reportedly earning over $1.5million every month.
Despite her online success, she has since made shocking allegations over her life behind-the-scenes.
Amouranth, real-name Kaitlyn Michelle Siragusa, said she has suffered a campaign of abuse at the hands of her manipulative husband.
Her husband is also accused of forcing her to broadcast content to “commit to the grind because it was a good financial opportunity”, including coercing her into streaming her famous “hot tub” videos.
Who is Amouranth’s husband?
Although she is followed by nearly 6 million fans on Twitch, this was the first time the 28-year-old has revealed she is married.
The couple reportedly tied the knot back in 2015, but Amouranth has never publicly revealed the identity of her husband and it’s unclear exactly who he is.
She alleged that she kept her marriage a secret because he said it would “ruin the business model”.
In the disturbing stream, Siragusa was seen speaking on the phone with a man she says is her husband claiming to have control over her bank accounts.
She is known for performing days-long live streams, but she alleged: “You just said you were going to kill my dogs if I didn’t do a 24-hour stream.”
Siragusa also showed a series of swear-word laden text messages she says are from her husband, which threaten to delete her social media accounts and shut down her bank account.
He also calls her a “dumb f***”, adding “I’m about to dump your luggage” and “I’m throwing your stupid merch off the balcony”.
She tearfully described her life with her husband as “living in a fancy prison”.
The streaming star also alleged her husband threatened to “burn” all of her money and “put it all in crypto”, leaving her with “only $1 million” if she took action against him.
“Safe and OK”
In a subsequent video, Siragusa reassured her fans she had regained control of her accounts and finances, and said that her husband was “getting help”.
“I am seeking legal and emotional counsel”, she added.
“I have had a lot of people reach out to offer their help and support… I really appreciate that thank you”.
On Monday, Amouranth’s content lead Marz tweeted that Amouranth “says she’s fine,” adding “police went multiple times since 5am yesterday.”
Another popular streamer Ludwig Ahgren stated in a video that he reached out to Amouranth’s assistant, and confirmed that she is “safe and OK.”
Since her emotional stream, several Twitch personalities have come out to support Siragusa.
Streamer 39daph tweeted: “Genuinely terrified for amouranth and hope she is ok.
“She has always been very sweet and its heartbreaking to know the sh**storm behind the scenes.”
Popular World of Warcraft streamer Asmongold said in a YouTube video that he “hopes she gets away from that dude.”
“I think the reason why she streamed it is it’s effectively like a cry for help,” he added.
“She knows that she’s being taken advantage of and she streamed it to get it out in the open.”
