Find Meloetta: The Mythical Pokémon
After a whole weekend of gameplay, players of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet have finally discovered the elusive Meloetta from Generation 5. Thanks to data mining, players knew it was in the game, but the details on how to obtain it remained a mystery.
Unveiling the Indigo Disk: How to Catch Meloetta
If you're eager to catch Meloetta for yourself, head east of the Outdoor Classroom in the Coastal Biome. Look for a plain with two large trees marked on the map. Between these trees, you'll find a bush where Meloetta can be encountered.
To spawn Meloetta, locate the bush with a leafy whirlwind surrounding it. Spin the left stick of your controller in the same direction as the whirlwind and keep spinning for at least 10 seconds.
Next, open the camera app within the game and switch to selfie mode by pressing the Y button. Then, press left on the D-Pad to switch to the Sepia filter. Spin around with your camera and keep an eye out for Meloetta in the background.
Once you've captured Meloetta on film, close the camera app and get ready to battle it!
