Cardboard Computer is making a new game

We didn’t see much from Cardboard Computer’s next game but anything following Kentucky Route Zero is worth looking out for.

In a video with the studio we saw 3D models being designed and developed for the upcoming game.

There was a dog model which was animated using input from the developer’s face.

The team said that while Kentucky Route Zero was a tragedy, it is hoping the new game will be a comedy.

Outer Wilds is coming to current generation consoles

In 2019, Outer Wilds was released to critical and commercial success.

The developers wanted to assure fans that the port for Nintendo Switch is still in development.

However, while that port has not yet been released, the team announced two new versions.

Outer Wilds will launch on both Xbox Series X/S and PS5 on September 15.

Those who own the game on previous generation consoles will be able to upgrade for free.

Solar Ash is coming to Game Pass

Solar Ash is the follow-up and spiritual successor to 2016’s Hyper Light Drifter.

While it was previously a PlayStation console exclusive title, two new versions have been announced.

Firstly, it will be coming to Steam on December 6.

While no specific date has been given it will also be available on Xbox consoles including for Game Pass this winter.

What Remains of Edith Finch gets an upgrade

What Remains of Edith Finch is still one of Annapurna’s most successful games.

During the showcase it was announced that there is a 4K resolution and 60fps upgrade of the game for the latest generation of consoles.

The game is now available on both PS5 and Xbox Series consoles.

Those who own the last generation console versions will also be able to upgrade for free.

Upcoming dinosaur survival horror game

The Lost Wild is a new game announced by the publisher set on a Jurassic Park style island.

Players must survive guided only by the voice on the radio.

No release date has been announced, but The Lost Wild is available to wishlist on Steam now with console versions to be revealed at a later date.

Keita Takahashi is creating a new game

The developer behind Katamari Damacy and Nobby Nobby Boy has revealed a new game.

While only a teaser was shown the title will be Uvula.

In the teaser we saw a boy sleeping with his dog and a close up of the boy’s oral punching bag.

It’s all animated in Takahashi’s cute, unique, and quirky style.

Coming of age as a cat person

Dreamfeel, the developer of If Found, has announced a new game.

Set in a fictional version of Ireland, all the characters are human-like cats.

It’s set to be another narrative adventure about finding your community.
