PlayStation has revealed the three games that will be available for free to PS Plus subscribers in September 2023. Whether you're on the Essential, Extra, or Premium tier, these games are up for grabs.
Saints Row 2022 Reboot Takes Center Stage
The headlining game for this month's offering is the reboot of the lighthearted crime action-adventure series, Saints Row. Released just over a year ago, in August 2022, the game allows players to build their own criminal empire as the leader of a street gang in the fictional city of Santo Ileso. While it didn't meet fans' high expectations, it's still worth giving it a try.
An Open-World Fantasy MMORPG - Black Desert
Black Desert is an open-world fantasy MMORPG that was first launched on the PS4 in 2019. The game has received average reviews, currently sitting at a decent 73/100 on Metacritic. PS Plus subscribers will have the opportunity to snatch the Traveler Edition, which includes The Traveler Item Pack, adding a few additional in-game items.
Generation Zero - An '80s Alt-History Adventure
Generation Zero is an open-world adventure set in an '80s alt-history Sweden that has been ravaged by deadly machines. Players can either fight these machines alone or team up with up to three friends for a co-op experience. Although the title didn't receive very positive reviews, it might still provide some enjoyment for fans of the genre.

PlayStation Plus members will have until October 2, 2023, to add these games to their libraries at no extra cost. Remember, the monthly games perk is also available to Extra and Premium subscribers, and this month's titles are not part of their game catalogues. So, make sure to claim them before they're gone!
