Massive Pokémon Upgrade
Nintendo Switch fans are buzzing with excitement as the official release date for the highly anticipated Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC has been announced. This massive update will bring a plethora of new content to the game, including almost a hundred new Pokémon.
The Indigo Disk Launches on December 14
The first part of the DLC, The Hidden Treasures of Area Zero, was released in September this year. Now, Nintendo has confirmed that the second part, The Indigo Disk, will be launching on Thursday, December 14, 2023.
81 New Pokémon to Battle With
The Indigo Disk will introduce 81 new Pokémon to the game, giving players plenty of exciting options to use in battles against other students in the battling academy. And the best part? You can also bring your existing Pokémon from the main game to the DLC, allowing you to keep your original team intact.
Returning Pokémon and New Additions
In addition to the new Pokémon, the DLC will also see the return of several fan-favorite Pokémon. Notable mentions include Incineroar, which has been a dominant force in competitive battles, as well as Whimsicott with its Prankster ability and Smeargle, who can learn every move in the game. The DLC will also introduce a number of completely new Pokémon alongside these returning favorites.
