Now, the official Pokémon Twitter account has confirmed the release of an epilogue for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero. The new adventure is set to arrive on January 11 in the Land of Kitakami.

Teaser Trailer

A short teaser trailer for the upcoming episode has been unveiled, featuring Arven, Penny, and Nemona from the original story. Fans theorized that these three characters could be the missing Special Coaches, and their unlock may be tied to the epilogue.

New Pokémon Revealed

Dataminers have discovered a new Pokémon that was not found in the game or DLC. Unlike the elusive Meloetta, which was well hidden in the game, this Pokémon could not be found or caught. The Mythical Pokémon Pecharunt can be seen at the end of the teaser trailer.

Requirements and Post-Game Content

The Pokémon DLC epilogue will require players to have completed the post-game content from Scarlet and Violet, as well as the Teal Mask and Indigo Disk DLC. While the epilogue is not expected to be lengthy, it will be available as a free update for those who have completed the DLC. Completing the DLC may also unlock additional post-game content.
