LEAGUE of Legends is the world’s most popular esport, and a number of changes have been made to prepare for the 2023 season.
Yesterday (October 3), developer Riot Games announced the changes coming in League of Legends preseason.
Blitzcrank is one of the Legends getting buff.
And today even more changes were announced, which will change up the online game.
Here’s all the upcoming changes coming to League of Legends:
Syndra’s Midscope has been updated
Syndra has at long last received an update to her Midscope, and all of her abilities have been adjusted too.
She has a brand new passive ability that upgrades each of her other abilities over time.
When attacking enemy champions and levelling up, you will earn Splinters of Wrath which can be spent on more powerful versions of her abilities.
This makes Syndra a more versatile Legend than ever before, with great crowd control ability.
Buffs added to Blitzcrank
Blitzcrank was originally designed to be a Fighter Legend, but over the course of numerous patches, has ended up in the Support role.
However, the latest update hopes to place him back on the frontlines of battle.
He has increased attack speed, bonus attack speed and a better attack speed ratio.
The converse of this is that Overdrive now has an increased cost, but all these changes will help him become a better fighter.
Rakan’s ability power receives an upgrade
Rakan has had a number of buffs added to his ability power, making him a more versatile Legend.
His passive AP scaling has increased as well as his Gleaming Quill AP scaling.
Those who are a fan of Gleaming Quill will now get a lot more use out of Rakan.
Janna gets a visual update
Updates have been added to Janna’s visuals to make her stand out more in battle.
A new indicator has been added to her Q, showing the direction it will move in.
Overall, the upgrade is more aesthetic, making her look better than ever before.
