Monster Hunter fans rejoice with in-game Carnival and Wilds beta

Exciting times for Monster Hunter enthusiasts

Monster Hunter fans have plenty of reasons to celebrate in October and November. The upcoming mainline entry, Monster Hunter Wilds, is scheduled for an early release next year. However, fans can get a taste of the action sooner than expected.

Join the Monster Hunter Wilds beta

PS Plus subscribers can already immerse themselves in the Monster Hunter Wilds open beta, while Steam, Xbox, and other PlayStation players can join in from October 31. Social media is buzzing with excitement over the beta, with players eager to share their experiences.

Monster Hunter Now Carnival

For those not participating in the beta, Monster Hunter Now is hosting a global event, the Monster Hunter Now Carnival, starting on November 2. Players will have the opportunity to take on challenges from November 2 to November 3 by purchasing a $14.99 ticket. The Carnival features special beasts like Nergigante, Silver Rathalos, and Gold Rathian, along with event-exclusive equipment to aid players in defeating these formidable foes.

Morester Hunter Now

Monster Hunter Now, like other Niantic games, is free to play. However, the Carnival ticket comes at a price similar to that of an indie game, making it more suitable for dedicated fans. While the event promises two days of thrilling gameplay, some may find the cost a bit steep and hope for more accessible pricing in the future.
