EA SPORTS has now introduced new details about its upcoming new football series.
Following on from FIFA 23, EA Sports FC 24 will carry on the gameplay of the FIFA series.
EA Sports FC will bring huge changes to the series.
But just as every year, a new game means new additions, and a lot will be changing this year.
Here are the changes to each main game mode in EA Sports FC 24.
What changes are coming to Ultimate Team? – EA Sports FC
There are two major changes coming to Ultimate Team.
The first is that you can now add women to your Ultimate Team, and they can also play alongside male players.
This means that there will be more options to have high-level players in your Ultimate Team.
Some cards like Sophia Smith have already been picked out as particularly strong cards to use in Ultimate Team.
The second change is that cards will now have stages of evolution and can change as you level them up.
Training and doing specific challenges will allow you to increase the stats on cards, and even train them for different positions.
These evolved cards will be non-tradable, meaning you’ll have to do the hard work yourself.
The aim here is to encourage players to try out different modes and not only stick to building their ultimate teams.
What changes are coming to Career Mode? – EA Sports FC
Player Career and Manager Career are now both selectable from the main menu as separate modes.
As a manager, you’ll be able to spread your footballing philosophy and try to encourage players to play in this way.
In terms of Player Career, you can now hire an agent who will look for new opportunities for you.
They will also discuss your career options with you, and help you change your career path if you want.
What changes are coming to Pro Clubs and Volta? – EA Sports FC
Discussions of Volta were kept out of EA Sports’ keynote speech we attended in Amsterdam, but we’ve been assured there will be cross-play.
We were told that the content and mini-games that were in Volta in FIFA 23 will still be here.
Pro Clubs are now just called Clubs, and they will be available in the Switch version too.
There will now be 11v11 cross-play, something that players criticised FIFA 23 for.
