EA SPORTS FC is the follow up football game to EA Sports’ long-running FIFA series.
Following the developer’s very public divorce from the football federation, EA Sports FC 24 is the first game in the new series.
Haaland will the the cover star for the new series.
EA Sports has revealed it will carry on its football games in the same manner by adding new modes and adjustments.
The most controversial adjustment this year is the inclusion of women in Ultimate Team, the most popular mode.
Men and women will be allowed to play side by side, increasing the number of players that people can add to their teams.
If people want to see how this change will work for themselves they now have the chance to access the game a month early.
While EA Sports FC 24 launches on September 29, 2023, players could be enjoying it before the end of the month.
Only Xbox and PlayStation owners are invited to play, and they must have bought their console in either the UK or the US.
They also must have a valid subscription to online services via either Xbox Live Gold or PS Plus Essential.
Players chosen must also have invested time into FIFA 23, as the beta is only inviting hardcore players, though it doesn’t stipulate how many hours is required.
People can sign up using their EA Account on the official playtesting website, and chosen players will receive a code via email.
Ensure that you have a valid email address attached to your account, and check your email including your spam folder regularly.
Beta playtesting is live now and will continue until August 31, 2023.
If you haven’t signed up already it’s not too late, as codes are given out periodically.
Unfortunately, beta codes are not transferable between accounts, so you will have to earn the code yourself if you wish to play.
