Fortnite, one of the world's most popular video games, is currently experiencing downtime for server updates. This is a routine process to prepare for the new season's content, specifically the v28.30 update for Season 2 of the Rock Band mode, Fortnite Festival, headlined by Lady Gaga.
How long will Fortnite be down?
The servers went offline on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 1am PT / 4am ET / 9am GMT. Typically, server maintenance takes around three hours to complete. While we expect the servers to be back up around 4am PT / 7am ET / 12pm GMT, the actual time may vary.
