Build A Rocket Boy, a studio founded by former head of Rockstar games, Leslie Benzies, has appointed three major executives to the team.
This includes former vice president of Sony Computer Entertainment, Mick Hocking, former marketing director at PlayStation, Murray Pannell, and former senior vice president of AreaNet, Randall Price.

In a press release, Benzies welcomed the new members to the team saying:
“Each of them brings a huge amount of experience, knowledge and passion to Build A Rocket Boy as we continue development on Everywhere.
“We’re looking forward to having more to announce from the team later in 2022.”
The team currently stands at over 400 developers all working on the first game, Everywhere.
Little has been announced about the game from the studio, which was created in 2016.
However, via the studio’s website it invites potential players to register, claiming that players are integral to the “creation and growth” of the game.
Everywhere intends to use “website and in-game challenges”.
The purpose of which is meant to be intentionally obscure and you learn more as you progress.
Build A Rocket Boy describes the game on its website as:
“In the near future, technology has brought humanity to the precipice of a world shifting change.
“There are those who want to use this technology to advantage only themselves, and those who want to use it to help all humankind.
“Will we look to the stars? Or stare only at our feet?
“Will we be inspired? Or live in fear?
“There’s a war between good and evil in the hearts of men and women.
“Everything is changing. And there’s no going back.
“It’s a game. It’s a community. It’s a new world.
“The storm is on the horizon. And it is only the beginning of Everywhere.”
While the team has asked for investment via several rounds of funding, the game still remains intentionally vague to the public.
Hopefully, we will be able to see some of it for ourselves during the promised announcement later this year.
