THE latest cover athletes to be featured on the Standard editions of FIFA 23 have been revealed.
This news follows on from yesterday’s announcement that the Ultimate edition will feature two stars on the cover.
Chelsea player Sam Kerr on the FIFA 23 cover
Kylian Mbappé will make his third appearance on the cover of FIFA, alongside Chelsea’s Sam Kerr.
This is the first time Kerr will appear on the cover, and the first time a woman has been featured on an international release.
American striker Alex Morgan previously featured alongside Lionel Messi on the cover of FIFA 16.
However, this cover was only available in the North American region.
EA Sports has now revealed that these athletes will also appear on the Standard editions.
However, you will have to purchase two copies if you want to get both players.
Mbappé will be on the cover of most versions.
He won the league with his team Paris Saint-Germain, and will go to Qatar with his national team France this year to defend their World Cup title.
Sam Kerr will be the cover star in her native Australia and New Zealand.
She has been dominating the women’s scene with both her performances at Chelsea and as part of the Australian national team.
This alternate cover will be available in all regions though as an Amazon exclusive.
