Open Qualifiers: A Chance for Non-Pros
Even if you're not a pro player, you can still join the FNCS. The Open Qualifiers allow non-pros to compete, but there are certain requirements you need to meet.
What Rank Do You Need?
To enter the FNCS 2024 Open Qualifiers, you and your duo partner must have achieved at least Platinum I rank in Fortnite's Ranked Battle Royale.
How Does FNCS 2024 Work?
The competition is played in teams of two. The Open Qualifiers consist of four rounds, and only the top duos with the most points over 10 matches advance to the next round.
Is FNCS 2024 an In-Person Event?
No, the three Majors and the preceding two Open Qualifiers are held online. The Grand Finals of each Major are also played online. However, the Global Championship, which concludes the FNCS, will be an in-person event with a live audience.
How Can You Watch FNCS 2024?
The FNCS 2024 will be broadcasted on various streaming platforms, including inside Fortnite itself. You can watch it on the Fortnite website, Twitch channel, YouTube channel, TikTok, Facebook page, and Competitive Twitter account. Additionally, players can use a specific island code in the game to access a virtual screen and watch the streams.
