When to Expect the Beta?
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to launch on October 25, 2024. However, fans will get a chance to play it beforehand. The beta testing will take place across two weekends, allowing players to experience the game for free on all platforms including PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam.
Early Access Details
The first beta session for Black Ops 6 begins on August 30, 2024, and runs until September 4, 2024. This session is exclusive to those who have pre-ordered the game or are Xbox Game Pass subscribers. A second round of beta testing will open to all players from September 6, 2024, to September 9, 2024.
How to Obtain Beta Codes
To access the first round of beta testing, players need to pre-order any version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Beta codes will be provided either through a digital launch on Battle.net or via email for physical copies. The second round of testing is free for all players.
What's Included in the Beta?
The beta features a tutorial to help players understand the game mechanics. It also includes various maps such as Babylon, Stakeout, Derelict, Scud, and more. Players can enjoy modes like Gunfight, Team Deathmatch, Domination, and an array of weapons to test out.
Beta testing allows developers to stress test their servers and gather feedback from players to improve the overall gaming experience. Keep in mind that the beta version may differ from the final release.
