The Worldcoin Foundation, behind the popular Worldcoin (WLD) project, has announced a $5 million community grants program called "Wave0." The grants will be distributed in WLD tokens or stablecoins like USD Coin (USDC). The program will support community organizers, event sponsorships, hackathons, and funding for larger projects.
Coinweb offers $10 million grant for Web3 infrastructure development
Coinweb, a layer-2 protocol, has announced a $10 million grant to support developers building Web3 services and decentralized applications (DApps) on its infrastructure platform. The grants can go up to $300,000 and will focus on decentralized finance (DeFi), decentralized exchanges (DEXs), wallets, gaming, nonfungible tokens (NFTs), and social finance.
Fantom Foundation launches accelerator program with 1 million FTM allocation
The Fantom Foundation has launched an accelerator program and allocated 1 million Fantom (FTM), worth over $300,000, to support five projects. The program includes mentorship from the foundation's leadership, including director Andre Cronje.
Arbitrum expands grant program budget to over $70 million
The Arbitrum community has increased its grant program budget by an additional $23 million, bringing the total to over $70 million. The grants will support 56 projects in the Web3 space.
