Bitcoin (BTC) Predicted to Reach $130,000 by 2025, Analytics Models Show
According to multiple analytics models, Bitcoin (BTC) is expected to reach $128,000 or more by the end of 2025.
Popular trader and analyst CryptoCon recently shared his BTC price estimates, stating that he envisions a target of around $130,000 within the next two years.
Bitcoin Market Participants Divided Over Price Behavior
While Bitcoin market participants have differing opinions on how BTC price behavior will respond to next year's block subsidy halving, CryptoCon remains bullish on the long-term outlook.
In an update on various models charting Bitcoin price cycles and their highs and lows, CryptoCon highlighted the growing consensus around the $130,000 price level.
"I've been doing a lot of Bitcoin cycle top experiments lately, and I keep seeing right around the same price... 130k," CryptoCon summarized.
Timing and Trendlines Indicate Potential Price of $138K
CryptoCon's analysis includes plotting simple diagonal trendlines from the first early top, which has led to a price projection of approximately $138,000.
According to the model's timing, 2025 is projected to be the year when the next cycle top occurs, surpassing the current record set in 2021.
Four-Year Halving Cycles Influence Market Sentiment
Many well-known Bitcoin market commentators, including trader and analyst Rekt Capital, rely on four-year halving cycles as a guide.
Rekt Capital suggests that the prehalving year of 2023 could potentially bring about new local lows before the bull market gains momentum.
He warns that the previous highs of $32,000 seen earlier this year could result in a double-top structure, potentially leading to a prolonged BTC price downturn.
However, Rekt Capital advises investors to view any new lows as an opportunity for re-accumulation.
