Maskless protesters swamped the centre in Milton Keynes on Wednesday while chanting “Boris lied”.
One woman was seen walking out with boxes of test tubes, swabs and other testing equipment despite Brits facing a lack of Covid tests.
Police are now hoping to speak with the anti-vax thug, who held up a sign reading: “Reclaim the NHS, end jabs tyranny now”.
They have released a picture of her while storming the test and trace centre.
Officers say no arrests have been made and inquiries are ongoing.
Chief Inspector Graham Hadley, of Thames Valley Police, said: “We are carrying out a thorough investigation into the protest that happened yesterday.
“As part of our enquiries, we believe the woman pictured may have information that could help our investigation.
“Furthermore, we are also continuing to appeal for witnesses to this incident, anyone who has information or video footage, to please come forward and make a report to us if you haven’t already.”
Shocking footage showed demonstrators descending on the test centre as workers attempted to ease tensions.

“Look at the intensive care units and the miserable, needless suffering of those who did not get their booster. That could be you.
“So, make it your New Year’s resolution. Find a walk-in centre or make an online appointment. Get that jab and do something that will make 2022 a happy New Year for us all.”
