A MUM-of-three has tragically died after she mistook a hangover for an incurable brain cancer.
Lizzie Parker had been out on the town with friends and started to suffer from migraines – just weeks later she was given a devastating diagnosis.

Her family are now trying to raise money for Brain Tumour Research and hope that through this, her legacy will be able to live on.
Lizzie’s pain started in April 2019 and it persisted for over a month. At first she hadn’t been worried about the pain, and just assumed it was linked to her night out.
She then decided to visit A&E in May 2019.
The former primary school teacher was then diagnosed with incurable Grade 4 Glioblastoma.
Just three days after the diagnosis she underwent a craniotomy to remove the tumour.
The 39-year-old from Hull previously said she had a ‘new lease of life’ and revealed how she had changed her diet in order to stay healthy.
She previously detailed her journey on her ‘Game Changer’ Facebook page and on Saturday, her heartbroken husband Paul told her hundreds of followers that she had sadly passed away.
He said: “I am posting on social media for the first time with deepest sorrow and heartbreaking news of our shining light, my beautiful wife Lizzie.

“She pulled on her positive pants and defied the odds and lead “Team Parker” to success in the challenge that faced us all.
“So very strong and brave to the end, we truly believe we did not lose the battle, Lizzies light is needed somewhere else and her time came yesterday and she fell into a peaceful sleep.
“Lizzie touched so many lives and whilst you will want to express your condolences, please bear in mind we may not be able to respond to you all.
“A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered and we will let you know the funeral plans in the next few days

Lizzie had wanted to help others and had been raising money for both the Brain Tumour Charity and for cancer services at her local hospital in Hull.
Before her death she had embarked on a career as a Lifestyle Coach, helping children, teens and families through adversity or challenges nas well as a food blog on Instagram @Eat_Right_For_Your_Family_Type, offering hints, tips and recipes for feeding your family well.
‘POSITIVE PANTS’
Lizzie had previously told how in March 2020 she suffered a seizure at home.
She explained: “An MRI confirmed that another tumour had grown in a second area and I would need a second operation in April to debulk the tumour.
“It was during lockdown but I recovered really well and spent just one night in hospital before being allowed home.
“I hoped that would be the end of my surgeries but during a routine scan in July, specialists spotted regrowth in both areas.
“Again, the doctors couldn’t believe how well I recovered as I spent just three nights in hospital despite having major brain surgery.”
Lizzie had been extremely upbeat about her condition and husband Paul said she had ‘pulled on her positive pants’.

Writing on her funding page her said: “So very strong and brave to the end, we truly believe we did not lose the battle, Lizzie’s light was needed somewhere else and her time came on the 7 August and she fell into a peaceful sleep.
“Lizzie touched so many lives and a life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
“Her legacy will live on in her 3 gorgeous boys and the family will continue to raise awareness and much needed funding for the Brain Tumour Research Charity.”
