DAME Deborah James has announced a new collaboration with fashion brand In The Style to raise money for her cancer fund.
The inspirational Sun writer’s first piece – a Rebellious Hope T-shirt – is available now, and 100 percent of the £15 price tag from each sale will go to The Bowelbabe Fund.
Proud Deborah, 40, said: “The reason why I wanted to do this collection with In The Style is because it has been something totally different to cancer for me. I love fashion and anyone who knows me or has followed me for years knows I love my dresses and I am always hunting for the best prints.
The mum-of-two, 40, is receiving end of life care following five years living with stage four bowel cancer.
She continued: “When we started work on this collection, I didn’t realise that I’d be living a hybrid life between home and hospital, and even from hospital, we’ve made this happen. It has been a project that I have really enjoyed, and above all, it has given me something else to think about.
“I really hope you love it as much as I loved designing it. I hope it brings you joy and it makes you feel great when you put it on.”

The full range, which Deborah has been working on for months, is inspired by the British summertime and will be released soon.
In The Style founder Adam Frisby said: “Although I wish I was saying this under different circumstances, I am incredibly proud of this collaboration with Dame Deborah.
“I’ve followed Deborah for a long time and her constant positivity, uplifting spirit and just overall mentality of living her life to the full and making every day count is an inspiration to me, my team and everyone else who has come across her journey.”
Deborah’s Bowel Babe Fund has raised more than £6million in just one week.
The response from the public left her “lost for words” and she described it as “beyond anything we could have ever imagined.”
