Plane used by King and Queen grounded after windows missing at 10,000 feet

The Incident

A plane previously used by the King and Queen during their state visit to France last month was forced to be grounded after its windows were blown out at 10,000 feet, according to reports. The aircraft, which has also been used by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and Foreign Secretary James Cleverly on official trips, has now been taken out of service for royal and government members and is being used for private clients.

A Terrifying Experience

The alarming incident occurred during the plane's first private commercial trip from Stansted London to Orlando, Florida on October 4. As the plane climbed to about 10,000 feet, the crew noticed an excessive cabin noise. Fearing the worst, they made the decision to abort the trip and return to Stansted. Upon inspection, it was discovered that three windows were missing and loose.

Raising Safety Concerns

The details of this security scare were revealed by the French investigation authority BEA and reported on the Flight Global website. Thankfully, no one was injured during the incident. However, this revelation raises significant concerns about the safety of the jet when transporting members of the Royal family and government officials.

Seeking Comments

Trending In The News reached out to Titan Airways for comment on the incident, but no response has been received yet. In addition, we have also contacted The Cabinet Office for their input. Buckingham Palace, on the other hand, has declined to comment on the matter.
