Nigel Farage takes aim at political rivals
NIGEL Farage hammered his rivals yesterday — calling Sir Keir Starmer "shocking" and labelling the Conservatives a "busted brand". Addressing 3,000 conference goers at Reform UK's party conference in Birmingham, Farage didn't hold back.
A scathing assessment of Keir Starmer
Addressing the crowd, Farage didn't mince his words, stating, "Goodness me, have you ever known a new Prime Minister get off to a worse start than Keir Starmer?" He criticized Labour's stance on the economy, describing their messages as "truly shocking" and lacking in inspiration.
Setting sights on the next election
Farage made it clear that he has his eyes set on winning the next election. He highlighted what he sees as a two-tier justice system and took jabs at both Labour and the Conservatives.
Mocking potential Conservative leaders
While not holding back on his criticism of Keir Starmer, Farage also took aim at potential Conservative leaders. He mocked James Cleverly for his surname and criticized Kemi Badenoch's views on class. However, he acknowledged the need to learn from other parties, citing the success of the Lib Dems in target areas.
Changes on the horizon for Reform UK
Members of Reform UK are set to vote on a new constitution that would see Farage surrender his controlling stake to a party board with elected representatives. This move could signal a shift in the party's leadership structure.
