MIGRANTS will have their asylum claims torn up if they break strict curfews in Britain under a fresh crackdown.
Home Secretary Priti Patel plans to build new centres to house migrants while claims are checked.
Those who break house rules — including curfews and bans on damage or abuse of staff — will have their claims thrown out.
It also emerged last night that Germany has become a major hub for people smuggling gangs.
