BORIS Johnson is seeking our unsung eco-warriors to help him convince world leaders to fight climate change.

The Prime Minister wants Sun readers to find 13 climate change leaders of the future to represent the UK at the COP26 green summit.

BoJo hailed Britain’s “huge strides” in going green — such as swapping petrol-guzzling motors for electric cars and hugely cutting back on plastic bags.

But he warned the country must go further and faster to stop global warming sparking killer wildfires, ruinous floods and mass extinctions.

With 100 days to go before the summit, people are urged to nominate local heroes who have made their communities environmentally friendly.

Mr Johnson said: “There are also thousands across the country doing their bit, from embarking on green careers and building sustainable businesses to reducing plastic and taking part in projects.”

The successfully nominated join 13 other inspirational Brits picked to go to the November meet in Glasgow with leaders such as US President Joe Biden.
