AS with all of Supermassive Games’ games, throughout the story everyone can and will die.
The Devil in Me is a little different as you slowly discover clues that hint at a dog being alive in the hotel.
The Devil in Me has a dark atmosphere.
Her name is Connie and it is up to you to decide her fate. As a dog, though, we hope like us you feel she must be protected at all costs.
Here’s how to find and save Connie in The Devil in Me.
How to save Connie in The Devil in Me
Once you hear Connie yelping, you’ll be able to set her free. While you’re doing this, though, the serial killer will hunt you down.
Midway through the process, you’ll have to hide in the pantry, while the killer approaches Connie.
You will then be given two choices that you can make using a broken bottle you find.
You can either:
- Use it against Connie by aiming at her
- Wait for the time to run out without doing anything
How to unlock the “Happier Ending” achievement and save Connie in The Devil in Me
If you choose to use the broken bottle, the killer will leave, but Connie will die in the scuffle.
However, if you wait it out the killer will find you in the pantry, but there is a way to escape him.
You will be rewarded for your patience, and Connie will join you among your group of survivors.
This will unlock the Happier Ending achievement, no matter who else managed to survive.
