It seems that accidentally pre-ordering The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered has been a major issue for players.
Many players voiced their complaints to PlayStation, feeling like they had been swindled out of their money.
Fortunately, PlayStation has acknowledged the problem and will refund all players who own the PS4 version and purchased the full PS5 version.
If you pre-ordered the game and already own the PS4 version, your money should be refunded automatically.
You can then purchase the upgrade at a significantly lower price.
