Project Leonardo will help accessibility.

The controller comes in two parts. Both are circular, with eight buttons around the edge, and one in the middle.

Each section also has a large joystick attached to it to function like an analogue stick.

The two circular parts of the controller function like each half of the standard PS5 DualSense controller.

This controller is aimed at players who have more limited mobility in their hands, and find it difficult to play with a more traditional controller.

It is also highly customisable to suit individual gamers’ needs.

Asus has revealed a new Xbox controller geared towards playing Microsoft games on PC, which includes a number of new features.

Called the ROG Raikiri Pro, there is a small OLED screen above the Xbox button that can display battery level, Bluetooth connectivity, and microphone settings.

Much like the Xbox Elite controller, there are four additional buttons on the back.

However, the Elite controller features long metal triggers, and the Raikiri Pro has thick triangular buttons.

There is also a light that runs across the controller, and all buttons are remappable and customisable via an additional app.

These are features aimed towards accessibility, as it can help players who have trouble pressing certain buttons.

As there are more buttons, and each button can be remapped, it gives players more options for each input.

It can connect to PC via a USB-C cable, Bluetooth, and a low-latency 2.4GHz RF mode.

The controller can also connect to Xbox Series consoles, but is only confirmed to work via the cable.

Neither controller currently has a price or release date.
