Nintendo Switch Fans Furious as Popular Game Set to Be Delisted

Nintendo Switch Fans Furious as Popular Game Set to Be Delisted

Why Games Get Delisted

Older games can be delisted from online storefronts for various reasons, such as publishers losing certain licenses. This can include issues like product placement or licensed songs, or even a change in ownership of the game.

Shin Megami Tensei V to be Removed

Atlus, a popular game publisher, has announced that one of its recent titles, Shin Megami Tensei V, will soon be delisted from the Nintendo Switch platform. Players who have already purchased the game or do so before the deadline will still have access to it.

Important Dates to Remember

Shin Megami Tensei V is set to be delisted on June 13th. After this date, the game will no longer be available for purchase on the Nintendo eShop. However, those who have already bought it can continue to play and re-download it.

Upgraded Version on the Horizon

Atlus has decided to delist the original game in preparation for the release of an updated version called Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance. This new version will include quality-of-life improvements and an alternative story route with a different ending.
