FALL Guys players have been reporting a glitch which automatically purchases items from the store when you preview them.
At the end of June, knockout battle royale, Fall Guys went free-to-play, and a new item shop launched shortly afterwards on July 5.

However, since then over 70 players (and counting) have reported that they encountered a glitch which automatically purchases items when on the preview page.
While there is no way to confirm whether this is really a glitch or simply player error, the number of people claiming the same issues makes it seem likely a fault of the game.
On the Fall Guys Subreddit (thanks VGC) there is a thread which collects all the information we have about the issue.
It lists all of the comments on the subreddit which reports these issues, and what it claims could be causing it.
According to the thread there are three main problems with the store.
Firstly, there is the apparent issue with items being automatically purchased when you enter the preview screen.
This could be a glitch or caused by button presses being buffered. If you use the store it is important to be careful, and navigate slowly.
Secondly, people claim that a purchase was confirmed when they pressed a button not listed as the confirmation button.
This could be caused by hidden key bindings, where more than one button is assigned to the same function.
The final issue is items shown in the store as purchasable using the in-game currency Kudos, but then they are actually bought using Show Bucks, i.e. real money.
If you are using the store it’s important to make sure you check the currency used at every stage before clicking buy.
Developer Mediatonic is apparently now aware of the issue and says it is looking into it.
Players affected by these issues have been contacting customer support in order to reclaim their lost Show Bucks.
In other free-to-play games like Fortnite you can automatically return a number of products in case of accidental purchase.
However, this is not the case for Fall Guys where all transactions are final.
One user claims they were sent a rude email from support staff when they contacted them for a refund.
Mediatonic has been releasing small patches since Fall Guys went free-to-play.
The latest has disabled one of the game rounds.
