The ministers join more than 50,000 Brits who are on standby to help with the mammoth project.
They also urged ethnic minorities to get the jab amid growing alarm in Whitehall that a worrying number are refusing to get vaccinated.
Business Secretary Mr Kwarteng said: “Nadhim Zahawi and I have signed up and stand ready in this herculean national effort to help people get their jabs — the best weapon we have to defeat this virus once and for all.
“I also strongly support Trending In The News’s efforts to encourage vaccine take-up by people from minority ethnic backgrounds.
“Vaccines are safe, effective and could save your life and the lives of those you love.”
Vaccines Minister Mr Zahawi said: “We need to make it easy for everyone, including those from ethnic minority backgrounds, to get their jabs once they are called upon.
“So I’m delighted to join the Business Secretary in signing up to the Sun’s Jabs Army to help deliver one of the largest national efforts in our country’s history.”
More than ten million Brits have already been vaccinated.
Ministers say they are confident they will hit their target of offering a jab to all 13.5million of the most vulnerable Brits by mid-February.
