LOS ANGELES schools are mandating all students 12 and older be jabbed against Covid-19 to be able to attend in-person learning.
The city’s school board of education’s decision on Thursday will affect many of the more than 600,000 students who attend classes in the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), which is the second-largest school district in the country.
Last month, Culver City had made it mandatory for its 7,000 students to be vaccinated in order to attend classes.
The LAUSD is already rigorously testing students and employees every week and requiring staff and students to mask indoors and outdoors and has demanded its employees to be vaccinated.
